BENEFITS OF GETTING COMPLETE DENTURES

Complete dentures offer numerous advantages for individuals who have lost all their natural teeth. At Confident Smiles Implant Denture Solutions, we are dedicated to providing comfortable and customized complete dentures in Brampton that restore your smile and improve your overall quality of life. Here are some of the key benefits of getting complete dentures:

  • Enhanced aesthetics: Complete dentures are meticulously designed to replicate the appearance of natural teeth and gums, enhancing your facial aesthetics, and restoring your confidence to smile freely.

  • Improved chewing and speaking: With complete dentures, you can enjoy improved chewing function, allowing you to eat a wide variety of foods. Additionally, well-fitted dentures facilitate clearer speech, ensuring better communication.

  • Facial support: Complete dentures provide essential support to your facial muscles, preventing sagging and helping maintain the natural shape of your face.

  • Comfortable fit: Our denturists work closely with you to create complete dentures that fit comfortably and securely, reducing discomfort or irritation often associated with ill-fitting dentures.

  • Boost in self-esteem: Regaining a beautiful smile and the ability to eat and speak comfortably can significantly boost your self-esteem and overall emotional well-being.

  • Customization options: Complete dentures can be customized to your liking, allowing you to choose the size, shape, and shade of your teeth to achieve your desired smile.

  • Restored oral health: Complete dentures replace missing teeth and support your oral health by preventing further tooth shifting and bone loss.

  • Cost-effective solution: Complete dentures are a cost-effective option for restoring your smile compared to other dental treatments like dental implants.

  • Minimal invasive procedure: Getting complete dentures is a non-surgical and minimally invasive procedure, making it suitable for individuals who may not be candidates for dental implant surgery.

  • Immediate results: Once your complete dentures are fabricated and fitted, you can experience quick results, promptly restoring your smile and oral function.

SIGNS THAT YOU NEED COMPLETE DENTURES

If you are experiencing severe tooth loss or dental issues, complete dentures might be the ideal solution for your dental needs. Here are some signs that indicate you may need complete dentures:

  • Extensive tooth loss: If you have lost most or all your natural teeth due to decay, gum disease, or other dental issues, complete dentures can provide a comprehensive solution for replacing your missing teeth.

  • Difficulty chewing: Struggling to chew food properly due to missing or damaged teeth can significantly impact your ability to eat a balanced diet. Complete dentures can restore your chewing function and dietary choices.

  • Frequent toothaches: If you frequently experience toothaches and dental pain, it may indicate severe dental problems that could warrant the need for complete dentures.

  • Gum infections: Chronic gum infections and inflammation can lead to tooth loss and may require complete dentures to restore oral health.

  • Self-consciousness: If you are self-conscious about your smile due to missing teeth or extensive dental issues, complete dentures can offer a solution to regain your confidence and smile freely.

  • Difficulty speaking: Missing teeth can affect your ability to pronounce certain sounds correctly, leading to speech difficulties. Complete dentures can help improve your speech clarity.

  • Shifting teeth: If your remaining teeth have started shifting due to gaps left by missing teeth, complete dentures can prevent further tooth movement and support your oral structure.

If you are experiencing any of these signs, it's essential to consult with our dental professionals at Confident Smiles Implant Denture Solutions. We will assess your oral health, discuss your dental concerns, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan, which may include complete dentures to restore your smile and oral function effectively. COMPLETE DENTURES PROCESS

Complete dentures require approximately 4 to 5 appointments from start to finish, plus a “post-insertion” or follow-up appointment to ensure you're adapting well to your new teeth.

Complete dentures should be replaced every 5 to 8 years. At your annual oral examination appointment, your denturist checks your gums, oral tissues and the fit and wear of your dentures. Your denturist will inform you when it’s time for new dentures or a denture reline. Give us a call today to book an appointment.
